Unusual bag with bright floral patterns repeating the ornament of oriental suzani. The material of this handmade backpack is natural cotton, on top of which the famous Uzbek cotton is applied using the “popop” technique. It has a cubic shape, two full-fledged compartments, each compartment with an outer and inner pocket. The bag easily transforms into a backpack. The handles of the backpack are trimmed with hand-woven “jiyak” braid. The length of the handles is adjustable.

The ancient traditional embroidery “popop” is the art of needlework, typical for such regions as Samarkand, Sharizabs, Kashkadarya. This is a type of tambour machine embroidery, but it looks like handmade, and it is incredibly intricate and skillful machine embroidery. This backpack is made by craftswomen from a mountain village in Shikhrisabs. By purchasing this backpack, you support craftswomen who live in difficult conditions.

Returns
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping fees.

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items with signs of use or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Returns without a return authorization number and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
