Returns

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping fees.

Subject to the following conditions, we will provide a refund for products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received within  30 days of the date of purchase.

Please return the product in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and labels) within 30 days for a full refund.

To make a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us via our e-mail *Contact us*. You will be notified within 48 hours by email to your registered email address with your RA number.

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items with signs of use or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Returns without a return authorization number and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6 business days of verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases you will receive your refund sooner.
